It has been 6 weeks since we started wonderfeel. My husband 67 years old feels more alert in the morning and his sleep has improved! I am 59, I don’t feel any changes yet. From everything I have read it takes time. The one review said the individual saw it fully kick in after 4 months! So I will be patient!!!! I have been impressed with all the reviews. I check them regularly.

We have only taken this for about 1 month and part of that we were on a trip so was not a consistent as we are
when at home. However, I feel that something is better.
I have more energy and as someone who was reviewing this product said when I was looking into this, that she did notice her nails being stronger as are mine, and I feel my hair is thicker. To be fair I will continue to take this as advised for about 6 months. So will get back to this review
at that time and hopefully I will be reporting that my weight is also better. My husband, typically says he doesn’t notice any difference. To be continued.

Since I started Youngr NMN I have noticed that I am sleeping better, I am actually dreaming. My skin is improving, the hyper pigmentation is slowly fading. I have Mast Cell Activation Syndrome so at the moment I can only take 1/2 the dose.
