Yes, yes and yes! Youngr™ NMN does not contain soy, gluten, dairy, or fish, and we use non-allergenic rice hull powder for stabilization. Our capsule shells are 100% vegan and made from vegetable cellulose.

Great question! Our NMN is stabilized, which means Youngr™ and Capsuls™ do not require refrigeration and have a shelf life of 24 months when stored at room temperature. The key is to ensure your bottle or pouch is tightly sealed away from heat, humidity and exposure to oxygen.

Our NMN has undergone extensive stability tests and is confirmed to maintain its purity at temperatures as high as 130° F for up to 10 days, so you can be assured your capsules will still be safe to consume after exposure to various temperatures during shipping.

NMN has no known side effects. A human clinical toxicity study conducted at Keio University concluded that NMN can be safely administered and that it is effectively metabolized in the body. Subjects were taking 500 mg NMN per day.

Numerous studies have shown that the administration of even extremely high doses of NMN in mice revealed no toxicity or side effects. By and large, a high dose of any drug in mice will cause immediate side effects. It’s reassuring that this is not the case with NMN on mice.
Professor David Sinclair at Harvard Medical School, an expert in NMN and NAD science, states that “human studies with NAD boosters are ongoing and so far, there has been no toxicity, not even a hint of it.”

NMN is an intermediate compound between NR and NAD, meaning NR converts to NMN, at which point NMN triggers NAD production. By taking NMN directly, you eliminate the step of having your body convert NR to NMN. More on this subject.
