NMN has no known side effects. A human clinical toxicity study conducted at Keio University concluded that NMN can be safely administered and that it is effectively metabolized in the body. Subjects were taking 500 mg NMN per day.

Numerous studies have shown that the administration of even extremely high doses of NMN in mice revealed no toxicity or side effects. By and large, a high dose of any drug in mice will cause immediate side effects. It’s reassuring that this is not the case with NMN on mice.

Our ChocoCreatin™ bars are a bit different. As they are perishable goods, FDA regulations prevent us from accepting returns due to safety and quality control concerns—even if the bars are unopened.
