Shipping

Orders for Youngr™ and Capsuls™ are processed on weekdays in Central Time, excluding holidays. Please note that processing can take 24-72 hours if your order was placed on a weekend or holiday. Orders placed after 2 PM Central Time will process the following business day.

ChocoCreatin™ ships Monday through Wednesday in recyclable insulated packaging to keep it cool. Please note: any products ordered alongside ChocoCreatin™ will follow the same timeline. For example, an order placed for Youngr™ and ChocoCreatin™ on a Thursday will ship the following Monday.

Free Shipping (USA, excluding military addresses)

We offer free standard shipping within the USA for orders over $70. Soon we will have an expedited shipping option for a fee. We appreciate your patience while our team works to implement this option.

Orders ship via standard ground shipping and expected to arrive within 1-6 business days depending on your location after your order is processed.

Military Addresses

All mailing addresses with an APO or FPO designation along with a two-character abbreviation of AE, AP, or AA ship with a flat fee of $18.

Orders to these addresses ship only via USPS and will arrive within 6-12 business days after your order is processed.

International Shipping

For all destinations outside of the US, shipping, VAT, duties, and customs fees will be calculated at checkout, with delivery estimated at 6-14 business days through Passport.

We currently ship to: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netharlands, New Zealand, Norway, Oman, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Romania, San Marino, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates and United Kingdom.

Address Input Errors

If you entered the wrong shipping address by mistake please text or leave a voicemail within 30 minutes of placing your order at +1 (415) 376-6516. Include your correct address and order number in your message. We will confirm if your requested change could be made. After an order has been processed we can no longer correct any address errors.

Refunds for Address Errors

Order Confirmation & Tracking

You’ll receive an order confirmation email after you have placed your order on our website. If you haven’t received a confirmation email, contact us at [email protected]. After your item ships, you will receive another email with your tracking number so you can check its progress.

Subscription Deliveries

Subscription orders are processed automatically based on your selected schedule. To ensure accurate delivery, please review and update your shipping details before your next order is processed.

You can update your shipping address and delivery preferences anytime through the ‘Subscriptions’ section of your account profile. Changes must be made before processing to apply to the upcoming shipment.

Youngr™ NMN subscribers will receive their first order in a reusable glass bottle that can be saved and refilled. Every subscription renewal thereafter ships in our 100% recyclable and biodegradable refill pouch(es). You have the option to request a new bottle at any time through the ‘Subscriptions’ section of your account profile prior to your next renewal.

Return Policy

At Wonderfeel, we strive to provide you with the best products and experience, but if something doesn’t work out, we’ll help get you sorted.

Youngr™ and Capsuls™

We offer refunds for unopened bottles and pouches of Young​​r™ and Capsuls™ purchased from our online store within thirty (30) days of delivery. We do not accept returns for products that are partially used, opened, or appear to be tampered with.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. To ensure we receive your returned item(s), trackable shipping is required. To start your refund process along with return shipping instructions*, please email us at [email protected].

*We cannot process refunds for returns sent to the address on your original shipping label.

Upon receiving and inspecting your unopened item, our team will begin processing your refund. Refunds are issued (minus the cost of original shipping for orders under $70) to the payment method used during your purchase. Please note that it may take 3 to 7 business days for the refund to show up on your statement.

ChocoCreatin™

Our ChocoCreatin™ bars are perishable goods. Per the FDA, they can’t be returned due to safety and quality control concerns—even if individual bars are unopened.

Did your order arrive damaged?

We make every effort to ship with care, but hey, life happens. In the unfortunate event your Wonderfeel product arrives damaged, melted, or otherwise incorrect, we ask that you notify us as quickly as possible.

Please take a picture of your damaged item in its shipping box and send it along with your order number to [email protected] or text us at +1 (415) 376-6516. Don’t discard the damaged item or packaging. We’ll guide you through the next steps for your return and replacement.

Replacements or refunds for damaged items aren’t available after seven (7) days of delivery.

Other:

Any order discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

This return policy doesn’t apply to products purchased through a retail store or online website other than getwonderfeel.com.

Products purchased through an authorized Wonderfeel retailer will not be refunded by us directly. In such cases, any refunds must be obtained from the authorized retailer from whom you purchased the product and will be subject to the retailer’s policy on refunds.

All international sales are final.
