Well I have seen a ton of any results yet, but I plan to take it for 3 months before I fully decide. However my hip had been hurting me and after a month on these it eased a lot, then I quit taking them for 3 days and the pain came back, so I started them again. I do feel good about the ingrain these. And I’ve tried 2 other brands and they make my heart race. This one doesn’t.
I have noticed a deeper more peaceful sleep.

I will say my brain fog has improved since taking. Feel more energized post-workouts. No noted benefits with sleep. This product would greatly benefit from adding a low dose magnesium glycinate potentially. Overall – am so far enjoying the product.

I have more energy. My memory and mood are better. However, my sleep is worse. Overall, I feel better.
After a bout with Covid-19 in March, I have struggled with brain fog, muscle weakness and hair loss.
