I’m not sure I’ve been taking this long enough to see a difference yet. Not sure how long it is supposed to be before I feel better or different. I will say I got a virus(flu or COVID) within a few weeks of starting so I’m not sure I’m the best judge yet. We’ll see after a few more weeks/months. I’ll be sure to report back then. Not quitting yet! I was looking for something with not just NAD but also Resveratrol, so glad this has a clear indication of how much of each are in a serving.

I might like these but I cannot swallow the capsules. I’d prefer some other form.

We completely understand— while we currently offer Youngr™ in capsule form to preserve purity and stability, if you’re having trouble swallowing them, many of our customers simply open the capsules and mix the powder into a food or drink item (like a smoothie), as long as it’s not heated. It has a mild slightly-citrus taste and blends in easily! That being said, we appreciate the feedback to keep in mind as we develop more products in the future!

Somewhat helpful with cognitive function, and I did notice more energy. Down side is it can cause stomach upset issues. I do think you over hype the benefits, this is no miracle supplement, not sure the juice is worth the squeeze.

Honestly I don’t notice any changes? Was thinking maybe I need to take it longer?? But if that’s not the case and I should be feeling changes by now then maybe it’s not doing anything for me?

I experienced No difference or improvements
Wonderful does give me a little bit of energy. But, I have not noticed any improvements in my skin on my face. This is why I bought it, so my skin would improve on my face. I have only been on it a month so I will continue it for a couple more months and see what happens. If nothing, I will cancel my subscription.
