I’m not sure I’ve been taking this long enough to see a difference yet. Not sure how long it is supposed to be before I feel better or different. I will say I got a virus(flu or COVID) within a few weeks of starting so I’m not sure I’m the best judge yet. We’ll see after a few more weeks/months. I’ll be sure to report back then. Not quitting yet! I was looking for something with not just NAD but also Resveratrol, so glad this has a clear indication of how much of each are in a serving.

I’m currently stacking this with flavamix, ryze coffee and some adaptogen creamer mix – I’m feeling delightful. I haven’t had an energy drink in almost two weeks whereas before at least one daily was an absolute must. Strong throughout my entire shift, 12+ hours, so there’s something to it. Cognitively, I’m feeling sharp and dialed in. Very much recommend this product.
