Wonderfeel Is #1 in Biotech on 2026 Inc. 5000

Written by
Wonderfeel was just named one of America’s fastest-growing private companies on the 2026 Inc. 5000—and the first in biotech. We’re humbled, excited, and extraordinarily grateful for the science and the incredible Wonderfeel community that brought us to this point. Onward!

Key takeaways

  • Wonderfeel ranked #1 in biotechnology and #65 overall on the 2026 Inc. 5000, the annual list ranking America’s fastest-growing private companies by revenue growth.
  • The Inc. 5000 ranking is based solely on percentage revenue growth over three years, so it’s one of the more objective growth benchmarks in business.
  • We credit the science—the Wonderfeel way is informed by a body of research spanning 15,000+ peer-reviewed papers on NAD and 10+ human clinical trials on NMN.

Big news! Wonderfeel ranked #65 overall on the 2026 Inc. 5000, #12 among all California companies, and first in the biotechnology category. That makes us the fastest-growing biotech company in America this year, and yeah, to say we’re equal parts humbled and thrilled is an understatement.

Here’s what this actually means, why it matters, and why we owe our Wonderfeel community a huge thank-you.

What the Inc. 5000 actually measures

The Inc. 5000 isn’t a popularity contest or an editor’s pick, and you can’t pay your way onto the list. It’s just math—a ranking of how fast private companies are growing, instead of size or total revenue. Because the sole metric is percentage revenue growth from 2022 to 2025 (with minimum 2022 revenues of $100,000 and 2025 revenues of at least $2 million), the Inc. 5000 list is actually one of the more objective measures of business momentum out there (and definitely harder to game). Big names like Microsoft, Meta, Oracle, Timberland, Patagonia, Chobani, and Under Armour all made the list in their early growth years, so Wonderfeel is in great company.

Landing the number one spot for biotechnology means that we grew faster than any other biotech company in the country over the last three years. And in a category full of bioscience companies and well-funded startups, well, we’re positively beaming.

Wonderfeel earns the No. 1 spot in Biotech and Pharmaceuticals on the 2026 Inc. 5000.
Wonderfeel ranks No. 5 among the fastest-growing companies in the San Francisco metro area on the 2026 Inc. 5000.
Wonderfeel Biosciences ranks No. 12 in California on the 2026 Inc. 5000.
Wonderfeel ranks No. 65 overall among America’s fastest-growing companies on the 2026 Inc. 5000.

Wonderfeel’s co-founder and CEO, Baran Dilaver, put it beautifully: “Being ranked as the fastest-growing biotech company on the Inc. 5000 list is a wonderful recognition of the tangible impact our nutraceuticals are already having on people’s lives.”

Kudos to the science that really holds up

We built Wonderfeel with a singular goal in mind: helping people optimize their healthspan by combining the wonders of nature and science. Our flagship product, Youngr™ NMN, pairs a clinically studied dose of NMN with a targeted antioxidant trio—ergothioneine, hydroxytyrosol, resveratrol—alongside vitamin D3. It’s a thoughtful combination that supports NAD production, defends cells against oxidative stress, and dampens the activity of CD38, an enzyme that consumes NAD.

That formula exists because of Dr. Andrew Salzman, Wonderfeel’s chief medical officer. His resume is impressive: Dr. Salzman is a Harvard-trained physician and biomedical scientist with nearly three decades of research in NAD biology and cellular aging. He’s published more than 170 research papers, been cited in over 12,000 peer-reviewed papers, and obtained over 60 patents. That includes his earlier work developing a clinical-stage PARP inhibitor for certain cancers. Long story short? Dr. Salzman didn’t come to longevity from wellness marketing. He came from pharmaceutical-grade research, and that kind of clinical credibility is evident in everything we do.

Our formulations are informed by a body of research that includes more than 15,000 peer-reviewed papers on NAD—over 1,500 specifically on NMN—and more than 10 human clinical trials examining NMN’s effects on cellular health and aging. Beyond the ingredients on the label, that kind of attention to detail is what’s really driving our growth.

And we’re only getting started. “This is just the beginning. With our recent progress in cellular energetics into critical areas of gut barrier function and cognitive performance, we are on the verge of delivering transformative breakthroughs to expand human healthspan and lifespan,” says Dilaver.

The mission behind the milestone

We’ve always believed longevity isn’t just about adding years to life. It’s about adding life to years. And while growth numbers are great, we think that #65, #12, and #1 are really more of a proxy for something much more personal: the thousands of people who tried Wonderfeel, felt a difference, and recommended us to a friend.

If you’re one of the folks who took a chance on an NMN supplement from a company you’d never heard of, left a review, reordered, sent us a message about how you were thinking more clearly or noticing more energy—this ranking is yours as much as it is ours. We started Wonderfeel to make serious longevity science accessible outside of a lab, and none of this happens without customers willing to trust that mission.

This recognition is fuel for what’s next—more research, continued transparency, and more products built the same way Youngr™ NMN was: science first, hype never.

Thanks for growing with us.
