I do feel generally more energetic having taken this supplement for about 3 months. I also seem to not be graying any longer.
It is hard to capture in words, but after 3 days, I noticed a general positive feeling overriding my entire day – better attitude and more energy without restlessness. It’s as if a sunlit morning is just propelling me forward, regardless of the actual weather. I stopped taking it after the initial 30 days. I noticed the difference in a few days. I ordered more, and felt it “kick in” again on the second day. Is it a placebo effect? No idea – but whatever it is, I like it and I’ll stick with it.
Does make a difference in your overall feeling
Mentally I feel good. I do think I sleep a little longer . I sleep well between 11:00 pm and 3:00 am should I wake up, I feel as though I can still rest even if I don’t fall right back to sleep I can baldly wait until I have taking the wonderfeell several more months. By Christmas I believe I’ll feel super.
