I have noticed that I recover from my workouts better. I am a 50+ year old woman going through perimenopause. Well, this is very odd and I do not know why but… for the past three years I’ve had Vestibular Vertigo. I’ve had two concussions from falling and been to physical therapy. It’s been awful.
