I have a very sedentary lifestyle and insomnia. I have had poor skin quality due to the lifestyle. Ever since I started this supplement, my skin quality has improved and stabilized.
I feel less tired and more energetic. However, after a month of taking it, I’ve been experiencing frequent diarrhea lately. So I take these while eating meal but it happens frequently.
To be honest I don’t feel any difference, I’ve only used one jar and haven’t purchased anymore yet. Not sure whether to or not. I’m a healthy 61 yo female but maybe the benefits if there are any take a long time ?
